If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Vela Baby bundle, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used baby feeding products, including pouch makers, reusable pouches, freezer trays, or brushes, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
